2 business incentives are only granted for new constructions.

size companies.
Businesses who plan on hiring 5 or more local residents who
reside in the vicinity of a power generation facility.
Approximately 20% or more of newly hired employees should be
local residents.
Operations should commence within 3 years of obtaining the
land when establishing a new factory.
